We welcome our new trainees
Successful start to the training year 2023
On 1 September 2023, we were once again able to welcome new trainees at the Isny site. The four young people Moritz Sippl, Tom Ryan Durach, Walter Neer and Noah Köbach will be trained in the coming years as industrial clerks, IT specialists for system integration and electronics technicians for automation technology.
But a new training year also began for our second-year apprentices, Jonathan Fuchs (training as industrial clerk) and Patrick Prinz (training as warehouse logistics specialist). Mateo Tolic (training as an electronics technician for automation technology) starts his third and thus last year of training.
On behalf of the company, Rene Kieninger, HR Business Partner at motan operations gmbh, welcomed the new trainees to Isny on their first day. An introductory event provided the trainees with important initial information about motan and about the years of training ahead of them.
At motan, the focus is on practical training. The aim is to prepare the trainees for everyday working life in the best possible way. Thus, the young people will pass through various departments in the coming months and will have the opportunity to develop their skills and talents in a supportive and dynamic working environment. In addition, they will be comprehensively trained through a special motan start-up programme, which will not only provide them with deeper insights into the product and company world, but also allow them to learn important information about the industry.
motan not only offers trainees the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice. Students also regularly complete an internship at the company, pursue a working student activity or are supported in their final thesis. This gives students the opportunity to combine their theoretical knowledge with practical experience and thus equip them in the best possible way for their entry into the professional world.
We are convinced that their ideas, commitment and enthusiasm will enrich our team. We are proud to be part of their professional journey and look forward to the years together ahead.
