We warmly welcome our new trainees and dual student!

Successful start to the 2024 training year

On Monday, September 2, four new trainees and one dual student started their professional careers at the motan location in Isny. In the coming years, Thomas Merk and Robyn Ebenhoch will be trained as warehouse logistics specialists, Bruno Zirnstein as an IT specialist in the field of application development and Sinem Yurtoglu as an industrial clerk. After successfully completing her training as an industrial clerk at the motan group, Isabel Bismor has now started her dual studies in business administration.

Practical training is a top priority at motan: apprentices should receive the best possible preparation for their professional life. At motan, they have the opportunity to get a taste of different departments in order to get to know their skills and talents as well as other employment opportunities. In addition, through the motan Start Program, they gain an even deeper insight into our product and corporate world as well as into the entire industry.

As an employer, the motan group is agile, future-oriented and sustainable. This results in corporate structures and fields of activity that are constantly adapted to the market and deal with new technologies and materials. However, an apprenticeship is not the only way to join us. We also offer students various opportunities to start their careers - through internships, student traineeships or dissertations. Direct entry into many exciting fields of activity is also possible at motan. Regardless of how they come to us, we pay attention to the qualifications and further training of our employees – because they are the key to our company's success.

We are delighted that these young talents have chosen vocational training at the motan group. Their commitment and enthusiasm will bring great value to our teams. We look forward to the upcoming years and are proud to be part of their professional journey.

A warm welcome and all the best to them at the motan group!
