Isny apprenticeship fair 2024
On Friday, September 27, the apprenticeship fair with its motto “Find your way” took place in Isny for the 16th time in a row. It is a careers fair for school students who are looking for the perfect apprenticeship. Companies present themselves there at individual stands and provide information about career opportunities and the company itself.
motan also gave an insight into the opportunities that young career starters have with us. Here, our trainees Jonathan Fuchs, Sinem Yurtoglu, Isabel Bismor and Moritz Sippl set up our stand completely by themselves: from the planning and preparation through to implementation. On site, they could then pass on direct tips and experience on the professions of industrial clerk, IT specialist, application development specialist, electronics technician for automation technology and warehouse logistics specialist. Ideally, because insights from young people who made their career decision recently are often much easier to understand for those looking for an apprenticeship.
The training fair was once again a complete success. Everything went smoothly and many young people showed great interest in our company.
